Phil Yoast
Phil Yoast is the founder and CEO of Cylentra, where he builds and runs AI systems that operate the back office of mid-sized businesses. He designs and ships the platform himself: a multi-agent orchestration system that dispatches, reviews, and governs autonomous work.
Before Cylentra he spent a decade in network and security engineering and leadership, most recently as Vice President of Security and Global Digital Transformation at New Era Technology, where he led a 20-person team across the US and Australia and built an AWS-based managed detection and response platform. He holds the CISSP.
